Deepgram needs a builder who can win a complex technical evaluation, communicate the decision clearly and turn the work into a repeatable advantage for APAC. That is the work I have built my career around.
I bring more than 20 years across software engineering, Professional Services, Solution Consulting, enterprise presales and regional technical leadership. I can move from a customer whiteboard to a working API prototype, then return to the executive room with measurable results, documented trade-offs and a production path.
At Ada, I design and prove agentic customer-experience solutions across workflows, integrations, APIs, security, governance and evaluation. At Everbridge, I scaled APAC Solutions Engineering from one to five, improved closure rate by 8% and supported the region's largest full-suite deal. At AI Rudder and Kasisto, I translated conversational AI into credible enterprise use cases. Zendesk strengthened my ability to connect customer operations, APIs and commercial outcomes.
My Professional Services foundation makes that presales work more credible. At BAE Systems/Detica and Thomson Reuters, I was accountable for requirements, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, UAT, go-live and enablement in regulated enterprise environments. I know what makes a prototype impressive—and what makes an architecture deployable.
I would bring Deepgram a Singapore-based technical owner who can lead discovery, define evaluation methodology, build working samples, navigate APAC security and data-residency conversations, and partner across AEs, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering and Support.
